Torrente in seinem Buch "Historia de la Bolsa de Madrid" handelt es sich hier um den ERSTEN Automobilkonstrukteur Spaniens. Nach den vorliegenden Informationen müßte es die durch Emilio de la Cuadra gegründete Gesellschaft sein. Emilio de la Cuadra baute zuerst einen Omnibus mit Elektroantrieb, dem 1900 einige PKW's mit Verbrennungsmotoren folgten. Dies waren die ersten Automobile, an deren Entstehung Marc Birkigt (Hispano-Suiza) mitgewirkt hat. | | Specials: | Äußerst dekorativ, abgebildet ist das erste Elektroauto "La Cuadra", das einer Kutsche ähnlich sah, zwei Sitze hatte und über einen 3-kW-Elektromotor verfügte.
