Schon kurz nach der Jahrhundertwende baute Kämper Einbauaggregate für Boot- und Fahrzeugantrieb. 1905/06 baute die Firma auch komplette Automobile. Die Vierzylinder-Wagen wurden mit Vorliebe als Taxis eingesetzt. Ab ca. 1910 hauptsächlich Herstellung und Vertrieb von Dieselmotoren für Nutzfahrzeuge. Kämper belieferte u.a. den schwedischen Automobilbauer Scania (später SAAB-Scania) mit Motoren für einen kettenbetriebenen Lastwagen. 1936-1942 firmierte die Gesellschaft als Kämper Motoren AG, bis 1948 als Demag Motorenwerke AG, danach wieder Kämper Motoren AG, ab 1951 Kämper-Motoren GmbH, ab 1960 Kämper-Maschinenbau-GmbH, Berlin-West. | | Specials: | Lochentwertet (RB). | | Availability: | R 3 | | Condition: | UNC-EF. | | Sold: | 40,00 EUR |
