Nach Übereignung ihres Wohnhausbesitzes an eine neue von der Stahlwerk Becker AG gegründete Wohnungsbau-AG hat sie keine neuen Wohnungen mehr geschaffen. Erst 1935 lebte die Bautätigkeit wieder auf. 1939 Übernahme der Gemmeinnützigen Krefelder Wohnungs-AG im Wege der Verschmelzung. 1939 wurde der Name in Gemeinnützige Bau- und Siedlungs-AG geändert. 1950 dann Namensänderung in Wohnstätte, Gemeinnützige Wohnungs-AG. | | Availability: | Ungültig-perforiert.
