Hauptaktionär war (wie auch bei dem benachbarten Blechpackmittelhersteller Sohler-Werke AG, Leopoldshall) die Metallindustriellenfamilie Adam aus Staßfurt-Leopoldshall, deren Firma C. W. Adam & Sohn nach dem Krieg Richtung Westen nach Goslar-Oker “auswanderte” und dort noch heute als großer Baustahl- und Sanitärgroßhändler ansässig ist.
