Finanzielle Schwierigkeiten zwangen ihn 1922 zum Verkauf an Henry Ford. 1924 kaufte Präsident Coolidge einen Lincoln; die Präsidenten Roosevelt, Truman und John F. Kennedy taten es ihm nach, was die Marke bis heute zum Haus-und-Hof-Lieferanten des Weißen Hauses macht. | | Specials: | Mit Originalunterschriften Nash und Leland. Großformatiger Stahlstich in sattgrün. | | Availability: | Charles Warren Nash (1864-1948) gründete zusammen mit Buick und Durant die Buick Motor Co., die 1908 in die neu gegründete General Motors von William Durant eingegliedert wurde. Nash war der erste Präsident von GM. Daher wurde Walter P. Chrysler Nashs Nachfolger bei Buick. 1917 gründete Nash sein eigenes Unternehmen, war aber in den 20er Jahren gleichzeitig auch Schatzmeister bei Lincoln Motor Co., einer Marke von Ford. Der Feinmechaniker Henry Leland (1843-1932) gründete die Unternehmen Cadillac und Lincoln.
