Das Streckennetz in den Staaten Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama und Kentucky umfaßte zuletzt über 1.100 Meilen mit der Hauptstrecke Memphis-Nashville-Chattanooga-Atlanta und neun davon abzweigenden Zweigbahnen. 1957 durch Aktientausch in der Louisville & Nashville aufgegangen, die schon seit langem mit mehr als 75 % Großaktionär war.
