Die Aktien notierten im Freiverkehr Frankfurt und Stuttgart. Die Großaktionäre Irell, Israel und Wolfe, Nachfahren des Firmengründers, wohnten in Uruguay bzw. der Schweiz und in den USA. Von 1964 bis 1967 brach der Umsatz von 13,4 Mio. auf 8,4 Mio.
