Noch 1945 wurde der Sitz erneut nach Halle (Saale) verlegt. 1947 Enteignung ohne Zustimmung der russischen Militäradministration. 1959 Sitzverlegung nach Düsseldorf, dort auch börsennotiert. 1965 Verlegung des Sitzes nach Hannover zum Großaktionär Kaliwerke Salzdetfurth AG.
