Kleinbahn-AG Bunzlau-Modlau mit ihrer 33 km langen Strecke Bunzlau-Kittlitztreben-Modlau und Umfirmierung in "Bunzlauer Kleinbahn AG" (bei der jetzt über 25 % der Aktien die AG für Verkehrswesen hielt). 1945 Übernahme durch die polnische Staatsbahn (PKP), die den Personenverkehr 1961 und den Güterverkehr 1992/2000 einstellte.
