Sein Regierungsantritt in Luxemburg (Großherzog von Luxemburg 1890-1905) nach dem Tode Wilhelms III. bedeutete das Ende der Personalunion zwischen Niederlanden und Luxemburg. | | Specials: | Originalunterschriften. Teil einer Anleihe von 1,2 Mio. Gulden, aufgenommen zwecks Rückzahlung der 5%-igen Anleihe des Jahres 1848. Damals mußte eine Anleihe wegen Steuerausfälle durch die Revolutionswirren aufgenommen werden.
