Sie war eine genau in Ost-West-Richtung verlaufende Verbindungsbahn zwischen der Mineral Point RR in Calamine und der Galena & Southern Wisconsin RR in Platteville, Wis. 1880 unter die Kontrolle der Chicago, Milqaukee & St. Paul RR (Milwaukee Road) gekommen.
