Das Kapital betrug lediglich 50.000 $ und lag, bis auf die „directors shares“, komplett bei der Southern Ry. Die Bahn führte von Gibson, N.C. zum Pee Dee River, wo sie an die Georgetown & Western Ry. anschloß. 1914 entstand durch Fusion dreier weiterer Southern-Railway-Töchter in die N.&S.C.R.R. zunächst die Carolina, Atlantic & Western Ry., die noch im gleichen Jahr auf die Georgetown & Western Ry. verschmolzen wurde. | | Specials: | Ausgestellt auf und original unterschrieben von P.
