Boese & Co." in Berlin und der Zweigniederlassung "Süddeutsche Electricitätsgesellschaft Augsburg W.A. Boese & Co.". 1897 erfolgte zudem die Übernahme der Altdammer Electricitätswerke GmbH. Herstellung von Accumulatoren. Spezialität: stationäre und transportable Accumulatoren für alle Zwecke, besonders für elektrische Waggonbeleuchtung, für Telegraphie und Telephonie sowie Bau elektrischer Centralen und Strassenbahnen, Fabrikation von Traktions-, Boots- und stationären Batterien. 1899 Erwerb des englischen Patents Stone für elektrische Beleuchtung von Eisenbahnwagen. 1906-08 baute Boese im Auftrag der Berliner “Deutsche Ultramobil Gesellschaft mbH” zudem Automobile. (Zuvor vertrieb die 1904 gegründete Deutsche Ultramobil Gesellschaft das in Eisenach nach Oldsmobile-Lizenz gebaute “Ultramobil”, Typ Curved Dash).
