Sie übernahm die Aktiva der liquidierten Soc. de Crédito Agrícola Mercantil Cubano. Ihr Geschäftszweck bestand in der Finanzierung landwirtschaftlicher und grundpfandrechtlich gesicherter Unternehmungen, insbesondere der Zuckerwirtschaft. | | Specials: | Dekoratives Papier mit stilisierter Abb. der Uferfront von Havanna mit dem Leuchtturm der Festung Castillo de los Tres Reyes del Morro, eines der bekanntesten Wahrzeichen der Hafeneinfahrt der Stadt. Vier Originalsignaturen, u.a. von Domingo de Aldama, einem prominenten Kaufmann und Plantagenbesitzer, der eine zentrale Rolle bei der Gründung der Ges. spielte, die er auch für große private Kredite nutzte. Als Sekretär unterschrieb die Aktie der berühmte kubanische Dichter Rafael María de Mendive (1821-1886).
