Die Gesellschaft entstand aus der Umwandlung der Warenabteilung und des Lagerhauses der Dévaer Creditbank in eine eigene AG. Die GV vom 8.7.1915 beschloß die Liquidation der Gesellschaft. Ihre Grundstücke wurden von der Siebenbürger Vereinigte Handels AG, Déva gepachtet. Am 29.71917 wurde über das Vermögen der Gesellschaft der Konkurs verhängt. Die malerische Industriestadt Déva (dt.
