Diese firmierte 1869 mit dem Eintritt von Gottlieb Widmann in die Dyckerhoff & Widmann KG um. 1907 Umwandlung in eine AG, Firmensitz war Wiesbaden-Biebrich. Sitzverlegungen nach Hamburg (1945), nach München (1964). 1972 Fusion mit der Siemens-Bauunion GmbH. 1992 wurde die Aktienmehrheit an der DYWIDAG durch die Walter Beteiligungs und Immobilien AG und die Ed Züblin AG übernommen. 2000 fusionierten die DYWIDAG und die Walter Bau-AG, nachdem diese sich bereits mit der Heilit + Woerner Bau-AG zusammengeschlossen hatte. | | Condition: | Lochentwertet.
