Neben der Motorenherstellung im Jahr 1898 auch ein Ausflug in den Automobilbau: Hille baute in Lizenz das DeDion-Dreirad mit einer luftgekühlten 1,25-PS-Maschine. Später auf die Herstellung von Bohr- und Fräsmaschinen spezialisiert. Börsennotiz Dresden/Leipzig und Berlin. Das Werk Dresden-Reick wurde 1948 enteignet, 1951 Sitzverlegung nach Düsseldorf, ab 1964 GmbH, 1967 aufgelöst.
