Hergestellt wurden Hochleistungs-Werkzeugmaschinen sowie Sondermaschinen für Motorrad-, Auto- und Textilmaschinenbau. Der Betrieb wurde 1945 demontiert, die AG stand bis 1948 unter Zwangsverwaltung. 1946-50 wurde die Fabrik neu aufgebaut. Interessanterweise bestand die AG in der DDR weiter: 1948 wurde das Kapital 1:1 von RM auf DM umgestellt, die alten Aktien blieben bis 1960 (in dem Jahr fand in Karl-Marx-Stadt die letzte nachgewiesene Hauptversammlung statt) gültig! | | Specials: | Mit dem zeitgeschichtlich hochinteressanten Aufdruck: “UNGÜLTIG ZUFOLGE BESCHLUSS DER AO.
