Geschäftszweck: Luxus- und Lastfuhrgeschäft, Beerdigungswesen, Möbeltransport, Kohlenhandel, Holz- und Metallsargfabrikation. Seit 1905 Interessengemeinschaft mit der Speicherei- und Speditions-Gesellschaft Riesa, bei der auch rd. 99 % der Aktien der Dresdner Fuhrwesen lagen. Börsennotiz in Leipzig 1935 eingestellt. Eine der wenigen Gesellschaften, die in der DDR als AG weiterbestanden. Nach der Wende wurde die Gesellschaft reaktiviert.
