Gegründet 1901 in Asnières, 1907 in Gennevilliers neu eröffnet. 1923 gewann die Firma das allererste 24-Stunden-Rennen von Le Mans. Ende der 30er Jahre, die Modelle hatten jetzt Ford- und Citroen-Motoren, setzte der Niedergang ein, der 1946 in der Übernahme durch Peugeot endete.
