Zu den 13 Gründern, meist wohlhabende Unternehmer und Adelige, zählte auch die Motorpflugwerke München GmbH und die Vis Ges. für Kleinfahrzeuge mbH in Berlin. Von 1923-25 wurden in der Fabrik in der Perlacherstr. 8 Leichtmotorräder vom Typ VIS-SIMPLEX gebaut (die noch heute auf Oldtimer-Auktionen zu finden sind), außerdem gab es in nur kleiner Stückzahl die avantgardistische VIS-DUPLEZ mit Zweitakt-Reihenmotor. Bereits seit 1926 wieder in Liquidation (Liquidator war u.a.
