Anhalt, Uelzen, Langensalza, Reichenbach i.Schl. (1908 verkauft), Langenbielau, Werder a.H., Oldesloe, Eisleben, Lemgo, Rheinsberg, Ketzin, Mittenwalde, Düben und Bad Sulza. Das ebenfalls umfangreiche Geschäft in Lothringen (über die Tochter Lothringer-Luxemburger Gas-GmbH) ging als Folge des 1. Weltkrieges verloren. Ab 1910 auch in der Elektrizitätsversorgung tätig. Börsennotiz Berlin und Magdeburg, 1924 bot der Großaktionär Deutsche Continental-Gas-Ges. einen Aktienumtausch 6:1 an, deshalb 1925 Verlegung der Hauptverwaltung nach Dessau (1938 auch offizielle Sitzverlegung).
