Original signiert von James McCrea als Präsident. Der große Eisenbahnpionier leitete die gigantische Pennsylvania RR 1907-1912 als ihr Präsident. Die Aktie ist ausgestellt auf die Pennsylvania Co. und trägt rückseitig die Originalsignaturen von Edward B. Taylor als Vizepräsident der Pennsylvania RR und von Sidney B. Ligget als Zeuge (auch vorderseitig als Sekretär).
