(235 Meilen). 1876 in Ohio Central Railway umbenannt, 1877 in Konkurs. Nach Verkauf an zwei Interessentengruppen 1878 Aufspaltung in die Columbus & Sunday Creek Valley RR und die Ohio Central Railroad, letztere sog bereits 1879 die zweite Gesellschaft wieder auf. Eine 1881 beschlossene Fusion mit der Richmond & Allegheny RR und der Atlantic & Northwestern RR zur Richmond, Allegheny & Ohio Central RR wurde 1882 vom Parlament von Virginia für ungültig erklärt.
