Das Hotel gegenüber dem Wuppertaler Hauptbahnhof besteht noch heute als InterCity Hotel Kaiserhof. Großaktionär war die Stadtgemeinde Wuppertal, die das Aktienpaket 1960 an den Unternehmer Frithjof W. Müller-Reppen verkaufte. Dieser brachte in den AG-Mantel durch Verschmelzung seine 1951 gegründete Baufirma Rhein-Ruhr-Bau GmbH ein, gleichzeitig Umfirmierung in Rhein-Ruhr-Bau AG und Sitzverlegung nach Düsseldorf. 1970 wieder in eine GmbH umgewandelt. | | Specials: | Lochentwertet (RB). | | Condition: | EF. | | Sold: | 150,00 EUR |
