Am 1.1.1944 (zur Zeit des “Anschlusses” Österreichs an das Deutsche Reich) Sitzverlegung von Regensburg nach Schärding am Inn. Das führte nach 1945 zu der kuriosen Situation, daß die vorher deutsche AG plötzlich eine österreichische AG war. Das Kapital wurde demzufolge 1957 auf Schilling umgestellt.
