Herstellung von Röhren, elektrotechnischen Installationsmaterialien, Walzwerkerzeugnissen, ferner Maschinenbau. 1934 unter Führung eines neuen Großaktionärs (Tüllfabrik Flöha AG) in die Auffanggesellschaft "Faradit-Rohr- und Walzwerk AG" überführt. 1951 verlagert nach Haltern in Westfalen, 1959 nach München, 1959 auf die Laupheimer Werkzeugfabrik GmbH, Laupheim, übergegangen, 1991 Firma geschlossen.
