Ausgestellt auf und rückseitig eigenhändig signiert von C.E. Henry Stengel. Charles Emil Henry Stengel (1857-1914), Inhaber der Firma “Stengel & Rothschild”, gehörte zu den bekanntesten Überlebenden der 1912 gesunkenen Titanic. Als President signierte die Aktie A.L. Lawton, rechte Hand von W.S. Stratton, Direktor der Exchange National Bank of Colorado Springs. Ränder teilweise mit schmalem Schutzfilmstreifen hinterklebt.
