Das “Geba-Haus-Komitee” errichtete 1874 ein Blockhaus, das bei schlechtem Wetter Unterkunft gewährte. 1897 wurde ein größeres Haus mit Wirtschaftsteil und Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten gebaut. | | Specials: | Mit Stempel, aber ohne Namenseintrag. 1925 wurde ein Umbau des Geba-Hauses vorgenommen, da Erweiterungen nötig wurden, finanziert mit den Anteilscheinen des Rhönklubs.
