Zweck: “Betrieb von Luftverkehrslinien mit fahrplanmäßigem Verkehr, Vermietung von Flugzeugen und Fluggerät.” Der Luftverkehr auf der Strecke Frankfurt a.M.-Gießen wurde am 6.7.1925 aufgenommen.
