Die Gesellschaft hatte ihren Sitz im russischen Sektor Berlin (Inselstr. 1 b), Vorstandsmitglieder waren zwei Russen. Am 30.3.1951 wurde die Gesellschaft gem. § 2 des Löschungsgesetzes vom 9.10.1934 von Amts wegen ohne Abwicklung gelöscht. 1956 wurde Abwicklung eingeleitet, durch Beschluß des Amtsgerichts Hamburg vom 26.9.1956 wurden Iwan Ejov und Sergei Karpowitsch zu Abwicklern bestellt. Durch HV-Beschluß vom 3.11.1956 Fortsetzung der Gesellschaft, ab 1957 wieder als Transportversicherer tätig, ab 1960 Rückversicherung in sonstigen Sparten. Großaktionäre (1968): S.S.S.R. Upravlenie Inostrannogo Strakhovanija “INGOSTRAKH”, Moskau (70 %); Vsesojuznoje Objedineje po Frachtovanija Sudov SOWFRACHT, Moskau (30 %). | | Availability: | Von den wenigen zur DDR-Zeit überhaupt ausgegebenen Aktien ist dies bislang die einzige überhaupt im Markt verfügbare!
