Busch) AG" mit Sitz in Hamburg. Neben der Fabrik in Hamburg-Eimsbüttel gehörte der AG auch die Waggonfabrik der vormaligen "Maschinenfabrik Melzer & Co. KG" in Bautzen. 1912 Sitzverlegung nach Bautzen. 1928 Fusion mit der Linke-Hofmann AG in Breslau (1934 wieder getrennt).
