Nach dem ersten gemeinsamen Filmprojekt, dem 1922 gedrehten “Gloria Fatalis”, trennten sich die Wege der beiden Gründer, die Firma wurde umbenannt in “Handel-Maatschappij Gildemeijer-Export”.
