Herstellung von Maschinen, Kesseln, insbesondere von Lokomobilen, Centrifugalpumpen, Dampfdreschmaschinen etc. 1930 umbenannt in Gebrüder Lutz AG i.A. Bis 1930 wurden serienweise u.a. Lokomobile mit Diffusor-Steuerung Patent Gutermuth hergestellt. Zur besseren Ausnutzung dieser Patente Abschluß einer Interessengemeinschaft mit der Firma Henschel & Sohn GmbH Kassel, welche den Bau von landwirtschaftlichen und Industrie-Lokomobilen zusammen mit der Ges. unter der Bezeichnung Henschel-Lutz-Lokomobilen Patent Gutermuth betrieb. Seit 1920/21 Interessengemeinschaft mit den Ver. Fabriken landwirtschaftlicher Maschinen vorm. Epple & Buxbaum in Augsburg.
