Nevoigt AG umfirmiert (Sitz Siegmar bei Chemnitz). 1917 Fusion mit der 1913 gegr. Elite-Motorenwerke AG in Brand-Erbisdorf. Hergestellt wurden Fahrräder, Motorräder, Automobile und Flachstrickmaschinen. Spitzenmodell im seit 1920 betriebenen Automobilbau war ein luxuriöser Tourenwagen mit 4600-ccm-6-Zylinder-Maschine. Bald wurde OPEL auf diesen in Berlin, Leipzig, Dresden und Chemnitz börsennotierten Konkurrenten aufmerksam und kaufte die Aktienmehrheit auf. Danach wurde der Automobilbau eingestellt und die Elite-Diamantwerke konzentrierten sich auf den Motorradbau.
