Die Vermietung der Häuser (1909 bereits 76 Häuser mit 542 Wohnungen, 6 Läden, 2 Wirtschaften u. einer Central-Badeanstalt) besorgte die Wohnungs-Ges. mbH. Das Aktienkapital betrug 260.000 RM in 520 Namensaktien à 500 RM. 1933 waren 325 Aktien ausgelost, die Stadt Frankfurt besaß diese 162.500 RM. 1937 waren es bereits 415 Aktien mit 207.500 RM. Im Mai 1942 umbenannt in Frankfurt-AG, die Stadt Frankfurt besaß 71 % (185.000 RM), die Sondershausen v. Glaesernthal’sche Stiftung Frankfurt (Main) 21 % des Kapitals.
