Niedermayr in Rosenheim (gegr. 1878) und Simon Fleischmann, Bayreuth und Nürnberg (gegr. 1893). Ab 1.3.1923 firmierte die Ges. wie oben mit Sitz in Rosenheim. Erzeugnisse: Tüten, Papiersäcke, Pappteller, Papierverpackungen; Buchdruck, Anilindruck. Nach dem 2. WK diente die Ges. als Joint Venture für die Herstellung von Papiersäcken für die Zementindustrie. 2002 wurde die operative Tätigkeit beendet indem das Papiersackgeschäft veräußert wurde. 2003 umfirmiert in Circel Grundstücks- und Vermögensverwaltung AG.
