Union-Elektrizitäts-Gesellschaft. Erzeugnisse: elektrische Maschinen und Apparate jeder Art, Großgeneratoren, -Transformatoren, Ausrüstungen für Bahnelektrifizierung, Elektrolokomotiven, Elektrogeräte. Nach Beendigung des 2. Weltkriegs wurden, da die Stadlauer Fabrik bis 1955 von der Besatzungsmacht in Anspruch genommen wurde, im Gebäude der Zentralverwaltung in der Ungargasse 59/61 und in neu errichteten Zubauten, neue Erzeugungsstätten errichtet.
