Die Gesellschaft nahm 1890 ihre Tätigkeit auf. Aber es gab Schwierigkeiten mit der ottomanischen Regierung sowie technische Probleme und so wurde 1905 die Ottomanische Gesellschaft Scutari and Kadikeui Water Company gegründet.
