Auf der Strecke wurde Kohle aus den zahlreichen Bergwerken um Cambridge Richtung Norden zu den Great Lakes transportiert. In den 1890ern als Cleveland & Marietta Ry. reorganisiert, später zur mächtigen Pennsylvania RR gekommen, wo die Bahn als „Marietta Branch“ geführt wurde. In Spitzenzeiten verließ alle 20 Minuten ein Kohlenzug den Bahnhof von Cambridge. Das 3,5 Meilen lange Teilstück Byesville-Derwent wird heute als die Touristenbahn „Byesville Scenic Railway“ betrieben. | | Specials: | Gedruckt auf grünem Papier, mit rotem Prägesiegel.
