In der Fabrik im Industriegelände Dresden-Nord wurden Schreib- und Strickmaschinen, Maschinen für Papierverarbeitung und Filmfabrikation, später auch stufenlos regelbare Zahnradgetriebe hergestellt. 1952 vereinigt mit den Firmen Astra, Irmscher & Witte AG und Vogel & Schlegel zum “VEB Kupplungswerk und Triebwerksbau”. 1982 Zusammenschluß mit dem Kupplungswerk Freital zum “VEB Kupplungswerk Dresden”, ab 1990 “Kupplungswerk Dresden GmbH”.
