November 1894 beschloss Änderung der Firma in Preußische Pfandbrief-Bank. Zweck: Förderung des Real- und Kommunalkredits. Fusioniert 1930 mit der Preußische Central-Bodenkredit-AG (gegr. 1870) zur Preußische Central-Bodenkredit- und Pfandbrief-Bank AG. Noch im gleichen Jahr weitere Fusion mit der Schlesischen Boden-Credit-Actien-Bank, dann umfirmiert in Deutsche Centralbodenkredit-AG. 1949 Errichtung eines Zweitsitzes in Köln. 1995 Verschmelzung auf die ebenfalls zum Deutsche-Bank-Konzern gehörende Frankfurter Hypothekenbank AG. 1998 nach Aufnahme der Lübecker Hypothekenbank AG Umfirmierung in EUROHYPO AG, in der in einer “großen Lösung” 2001 auch noch die Hypothekenbank-Töchter von Commerz- und Dresdner Bank aufgingen. | | Specials: | Gedruckt auf eigenem Wasserzeichenpapier.
