Frz. Meyer (Plauener Bank, die für diese Ges. auch als Zahlstelle fungierte). Die Ges. betrieb in Deutsch-Ostafrika eine Sisal-Plantage bei Pagnani (“Vogtland”-Plantage) und eine Sisal-Plantage bei Tanga (Plantage “Buhuri”). Von der Heinrich Lanz AG bekam die Gesellschaft eine Lokomobile für ihre Hanfentfaserungsanlage geliefert. Der Ausgang des 1. Weltkrieges bedeutete das Ende der kolonialen Aktivitäten.
