Ausgestellt auf W.S. Stratton und original signiert von Dr. D.H. Rice als Vizepräsident. Rice, ein alter Freund Strattons und sein Hausarzt, fungierte später als Präsident der Stratton Estate. Sehr guter Erhaltungszustand ohne Verletzungen. Nur drei Stücke bekannt, u.a. #14, ebenfalls 1000 shares ausgestellt auf W.S. Stratton. | | Availability: | Issued to W.S. Stratton, dated just 8 months after the transit system was purchased by Stratton. This certificate represents the new corporation, created by Stratton to operate the Colorado Springs Rapid Transit Railway. This company was short -lived as in 1902 Colorado Springs & Interurban Railway was formed to take over the previous two companies (Colorado Springs Rapid Transit Railway and Colorado Springs & Suburban Railway). Signed by Dr. D.H. Rice as Vicepresident. Stratton's friend and old physician was then President of the Stratton Estate. Very good condition.
