Frankenburger & Ottenstein, AG, anschließend Umfirmierung in Victoria-Werke AG. 1958 kam es zur Fusion mit den Firmen Express (Neumarkt) und DKW (Ingolstadt), Übernahme der Rechte für Fertigung und Vertrieb der DKW-Zweiradproduktion von der Auto-Union GmbH.
