Ein Act of Congress von 1884 gestattete der Gesellschaft den Bau einer Bahn von Arkansas City durch Indianerterritorium nach Denison und Fort Worth, Tx. Gesamtlänge 370 Meilen in drei Teilstrecken, eröffnet im Herbst 1887.
